Information

Homes for Hope, Inc. Housing Program’s mission is to provide permanent housing and to support residents as they receive comprehensive services to initiate and promote the transition from homelessness to productivity and independence. The program intent is to assist the residents with problem solving and encourage participation in activities to support themselves to maintain independence. This innovative method has proven successful in helping exremely venerable and hard-to-reach populations to stabilize their lives and move forward to independence with dignity.

The Homes for Hope, Inc. Housing Program provides permanent scattered housing sites throughout the District of Columbia to homeless individuals who may be diagnosed with chronic illneses, substance abuse history, and/or mental health challenges.
